Our 50th house is on Midwood Road in Dracut. Thrivent Financial for Lutherans and HFHGL are partnering to build this 2 story, 3 bedroom home. Continuing with our commitment to building green, this home is also designed to be "green" and energy efficient. Compared to conventional construction, green construction will significantly decrease annual energy bills by as much as 40%.

Our partner family is a single mom from Dracut with 3 children. Come join this family, along with the Lutheran Church, Thrivent Financial and other volunteers to make her dream of homeownership a reality. Let us all join together to build a simple, decent, affordable home for her family.

Groundbreaking will be in in Spring 2009. Along with volunteering on the job site, there will be opportunities to help with fundraising, coordinate events, and recruit volunteers.
